Hi friends and welcome to my corner of the mandolin universe. This is a classic old tune that you all should get pretty quickly. Every song of interest to me has a special "hook" or phrase that attracts me to it. In this song, the hook is found in two places. The first interesting little turn around is so simple yet special. Measure 5: just a few quarter notes, but they allow for a little breath to enter the streams of eighth notes around them. In the [B] part you will find another hook. It is the "C" chord measures.
