Five-Mile Chase

Here is a great Celtic tune for you from one of my upcoming books. I hope you like it. The first part should not pose a problem. The place to watch is measure 1, 3, 5, 7 in that you have to hit the same fret on two adjacent strings. I use my 3rd finger on the 3rd string and the 4th finger on the 5th fret 2nd string. This way you do not have to "roll" your 3rd finger between the two strings. When you do, something suffers - either the notes or the audience.

The 2nd part is my favorite and is played pretty straightforwardly.
Have fun with this killer tune and let me know how it treats you.
Bye for now,
Steve K.
